Aesthetic is the no-code platform for NFT creators. With Aesthetic, NFT creators can launch online communities, create free and paid drops, and share exclusive content with token-holders. We’ve launched our private alpha and are partnering with NFT artists, brands, and DAOs to provide the end-to-end tools they need to manage and grow their communities. We’re seeing significant interest from Web3 creators and communities underserved by existing NFT tooling.

Our founding team consists of serial entrepreneurs (previous exit to Pinterest) with deep backgrounds in blockchain, machine learning, generative art, and design. We are backed by top Silicon Valley and Web3 investors including Y Combinator, Paul Graham, SV Angel, A. Capital, Liquid2, and Soma Capital.

About the workplace

Aesthetic is a small team—with fewer than 10 employees. We are all remote, but employees have the option to work from our Brooklyn-based co-working space. We do daily 15-minute standup meetings over Zoom, and we structure our work around 2-week sprints. Since we are a small startup in a competitive space, we move fast, work efficiently, and focus more on results than process. Other than calendar meetings and deadlines, your work hours can be extremely flexible—you’ll just need to join our daily meetings and keep a 4-hour overlap with other team members…otherwise, it’s up to you.

We are very supportive, collaborative, and friendly; we regularly hold (informal, optional) team outings. There are no “silos” and everyone is encouraged to give feedback on any area of the business. About the hiring process

You’ll do 1-2 hours of interviews with the founders and any relevant employees. Next, we assign you a brief, paid work sample (it should take under two hours to complete, and we’d ask that you complete it within two weeks) that is closely related to the job you’ll be doing. Then, we’ll schedule another 1-2 hours of follow-up interviews to go into more detail about compensation, start date, etc. If everything works out, you’ll have the option to choose between the offer packages shown in the job listing. We don’t negotiate on salary, benefits, or equity.
